Our team handles full delivery, setup and calibration of your vending machine. We’ll position it in the optimal location, connect it, run system checks, and ensure it’s ready to operate the same day.

Is there a cost for installation?

No. Installation is completely free. VENDR covers all delivery and setup costs as part of our partnership with your venue.

How long does installation take?

A standard installation takes 30–60 minutes, depending on access and positioning. We work around your trading hours to cause zero disruption.

Do I need to prepare anything before installation?

All we require is a standard plug socket and a clear space for the machine. We’ll handle everything else, including positioning and testing.

Can the machine be wall-mounted or placed in tight spaces?

Yes. Our machines are designed for compact, high-traffic venues. They can be wall-mounted or placed in small areas without restricting customer flow.

Do you stock the machine during installation?

Yes. Your machine arrives pre-stocked with your chosen product mix so it’s ready to use immediately.

What if the machine needs moving later?

If you decide to relocate the machine within your venue, just contact us. We’ll arrange a safe repositioning free of charge.
