What happens if the machine stops working?

Just contact us — we provide same-day remote diagnostics and, if needed, a next-day engineer callout. Most issues are resolved in minutes.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. Our support team monitors all machines 24/7. If something goes wrong, we are notified instantly and take action before you even notice.

Who pays for repairs or parts?

All repairs, servicing and replacement parts are 100% covered by VENDR. You never pay anything for maintenance.

How often do you service the machine?

VENDR performs routine checks during every restock visit, plus monthly full inspections to ensure everything is running smoothly.

What if a product gets stuck?

If a customer reports a jam, we can remotely clear it. If not possible, an engineer will visit — and we refund your customer on the spot if required.

Will my venue staff ever need to fix anything?

No. You never have to open or maintain the machine yourself. All technical issues and stocking are handled entirely by our team.

What if there’s damage or vandalism?

VENDR covers accidental damage and standard wear-and-tear. If vandalism occurs, we repair or replace the machine quickly with no cost to you.
