How often do you restock the machine?

We restock based on real-time usage data. Most venues are visited weekly, but high-traffic locations may receive multiple restocks per week.

Do we choose which products go in the machine?

Yes. You can choose from our approved product list, or we can recommend a tailored selection based on your venue and customer behaviour.

Who pays for the stock inside the machine?

VENDR covers all product costs up front — you never pay for stock. We simply refill as needed.

Can the machine be customised with different items?

Absolutely. Whether you want chargers, vapes, snus, grooming products or mixed essentials, we build a product lineup suited to your venue.

What happens if the machine runs low during busy periods?

We monitor stock levels remotely and receive alerts when an item is running low. A restock visit is automatically scheduled.

Do you remove expired or slow-moving products?

Yes. We rotate stock, remove expired items, and replace slow-selling products to maximise revenue and keep the machine fresh.

Can we request new products?

Definitely. If there’s something you want to trial, we can source it and add it to your machine, depending on availability and safety regulations.
